It's more or less what I'd expect from Brookmans Park, though, if my recollection of the area is still accurate
I had some clients in Brookmans Park. They seemed nice people, not too stuffy, not too showy, and their house was very nice. The area seemed green and pleasant. What am I missing? No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Enjoy the stylish enterior and floodlit tennis court in this one...
just goes to show that money doesn't buy taste (and no I cant afford it but can dream) :T:rotfl:

They seem to have plug-in heaters everywhere. A £1.5mn modern house with no central heating?

Except it isn't a studio-flat, it's a one bed. For that price I'd want it to be listed properly. Stupid agent.
Agree that even a one-bed doesn't need two basins in the bathroom. What were they thinking?0 -

Last room (childens nursery, is it???) amazed me!
(Same village as the house with the 'racing pig & lavender' that I found.)0 -

Yes, although did you look at the floor plan? The bedroom looks barely large enough for one (small) person!0 -

Thanks, I love it. But bizarre for Frank Knight to have duplicated several photos.0 -

It's not a proper 1 bed because the bedroom doesn't have a window - it has light through from the (rest of) the studio room. They've just sectioned off the back of the room. Better than your usual studio though. And if I lived there as part of a couple, I'd still appreciate not having to share a basin with a smelly maleThey deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0
