Has anyone lived this near a school? What are the pitfalls?
We live two doors down from a secondary school and it's not bad at all. We're at work during the day so it's never a problem. The only thing we do find is the occasional bit of litter in our front garden.0 -

Pretty cottage
Love the squiffy floorplan
http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-23212677.htmlIt is a good idea to be alone in a garden at dawn or dark so that all its shy presences may haunt you and possess you in a reverie of suspended thought.

OMG...it's lovely! And, can I just say that at that price it's an absolute steal. Last time I saw something in that area for that price, the only toilet associated with the house was outside (saw it last year I think). Having said that, haven't been actively looking as can't afford prices in the area...shame as I grew up nearby.0 -
I'm trying to work out what is under the tarpauline in the garden - it looks too small to be a hot tub, looks more like a raised sandpit??
