I suspect Picture 5 answers the question.
The front door has been opened and the photographer is standing on the doorstep.
The picture shows three internal doors - one opened on the left (which is not shown on the floorplan), one directly ahead (which the floorplan says is a cupboard) and a glass panelled door which the floorplan says is the way into the 'living space' which also provides through access to the kitchen.
The pictured floorplan is rubbish.
It looks like a nice little flat in a quiet area. Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway... :huh:0 -
I spy photo shopped pics! wet ground and same cloud in every pic. Hmmmmmm.

OMG that is outrageous! Who knew that EAs would really do such a thing!! It's like the Truman show!Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!
Even if I'm on the shopping threads, it doesn't mean I'm buying! Sometimes it's good to just look and then hit the CLOSE button!0 -

if you're gonna manipulate the images, at least be clever enough to have different clouds for each one :rotfl:0 -
I was starting to get a bit dreamy about this house until I went on Google streetview....http://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/17644461?search_identifier=yhVW/9egurl+NVmatshSlg
Has anyone lived this near a school? What are the pitfalls?Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!

yes i lived opposite (closer than that as no grass verge in front) my secondary school for 7 years (so kids aged 11-18yrs) and my parents still live there - a bit of traffic at 830 and 330 but most of the time it means better street parking and a quieter road.
Obviously some people get stressed out by that kind of daily activity, but this one is a primary school (and a small one by the look of it) so i wouldn't be too worried as students are not let out at lunchtime etc as they would be at a secondary school.0 -
Personally, I wouldn't, as I couldn't cope with the influx of "mad mothers" twice a day but if you can cope with that then not a huge issue I wouldn't think, at least not with a primary school.
ETA: I see it's also close to the M25 - road noise? They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -

How lovely i moved from that street 2 years agoI miss it and want to go back now though.
Living by a school is fine never had any problems. My parents live in buckhurst hill and the school field is at the bottom of their garden and they haven't had any problems in the 43yrs of living there.DebtFree FEB 2010!Slight blip in 2013 - Debtfree Aug 2014 :j

Yes, mad mothers was exactly my thought!!
I already live much nearer the M25 than this and it's only noisy sometimes...think it's to do with wind direction, clouds in the sky etc....!savingmummy wrote: »How lovely i moved from that street 2 years agoI miss it and want to go back now though.

Wow what a coincidence! Why did you move if you don't mind me asking....maybe I can get dreamy again....I don't want to live near a busy road because of my small furry animals though....bet it would be bliss during the summer holidays! May do a drive along this weekend...
I've a friend who lives opposite a graveyard - apparently the neighbours are very quiet!!Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!

I moved to a bigger house and chose to move nearer my parents as i dont drive i wasn`t close enough to them.
It is busy at school runs, but not like some schools as it is small in comparison to most primary schools. Then apart from the local bus popping through and general people passing by it is fine not major traffic.
Definately visit and park up for a while and see for yourself.
Lovely thing is the people in that area we loved it, its quiet and friendly.DebtFree FEB 2010!Slight blip in 2013 - Debtfree Aug 2014 :j
