The highest sold price I can see for the street is £250k and the latest in the street was for £225k
Your dinner would be cold by the time you got it to the dining room!
I think this is a lovely house:

If anyone can work out what's going on with the odd double front in picture 1, let me know!"No society can surely be flourishing and happy of which by far the greater part of the numbers are poor and miserable"Adam Smith6/300 -

Actually, the flightpaths go East/West from Gatwick (in line with the runways). This house is 2 miles South of the airport, so probably very quiet. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

I may well be wrong but...
The weird frontage looks to me like a shop front.
There's a strange front door/wall arrangement inside the glass which looks to me like they kept the frontage as a porch when they converted the premises as a private dwelling.
The front room (?former shop space?) leads directly to a cellar "which mirrors it in size" suggesting a storage area for the shop.
The side door was for a flat/living area down and upstairs.
It seems that many of the spaces/rooms have just had the doors shut and been ignored for years. Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway... :huh:0 -
