To be fair, I looked at sold prices and was surprised to see that #4 in that Crawley street sold for £270k at the end of 2011. But that still means this one's overpriced at £330k! (And who the heck paid £270k?!)They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -
