Actually, the flightpaths go East/West from Gatwick (in line with the runways). This house is 2 miles South of the airport, so probably very quiet.

Zoopla estimates prices for this road at about £300k, so there's probably enough in the price differential (plus stamp duty differential) to pay to sort it all out.
