Seems overpriced to me - bit grim altogether, and there's mould in the attic bedroom and some other evidence of damp (peeling wallpaper picture 8)... Not that I know anything about house prices in Sheffield - I live in Liverpool. But would have thought generally house prices were similar in those 2 cities? I wait to be corrected and told Sheffield is a much wonderfuller place to live than Liverpool! :rotfl:0 -

It is overpriced, in my opinion. Its in a prime location - close to city centre - but those few streets are a bit run down and you're right the house itself needs some TLC. You could let it to students I suppose but I dont know what the markets like for that at the moment. I'd be surprised if they sold it for 135.0 -

At first I wondered why there was recycling in the kitchen...then I saw the recycling bin
I'd be a bit concerned about the fact that the rear of of the house appears to have been rebuilt above the 1st floor windows up to the eaves, and in a completely different brick. Why would you do that?!?0 -

I think it's cos they have a loft room as 3rd bedroom? I agree the back of the place looks a mess. Urg! My guess is the top new bricks were put in when they did the loft conversion, but it's a bit of a pigs ear. I can't believe they are asking that much for that house!0
