Basics of preparing your house for sale; declutter (well, they piled most of it in one room), make the beds (can't be bothered), put one nice bath towel on the rail (or just leave those massive, patterned ones draped all over the place), take the huge England flag out the bedroom window..... :eek:

Good grief. :eek: To be fair, it's probably not quite as bad as it looks; if the photographer went in there with the brief of making it look as narrow as possible then he's done a cracking job picking the best angle for it!

Looking at the access to that loft area, I wonder whether they did get B Regs permission / sign-off for that development, and strengthened the joists before putting all that weightlifting equipment up there :eek:
