Picture 1 - it looks like there should be a front door on the front of the house but it's been bricked up! I'd give them £87.50, on a good day!

Have to agree, infact where we were looking (West Somerset) houses were either selling pretty much immediately(often appearing on Rightmove already "SSTC") or "never" -there are still some unsold that were on 18 months ago!
We viewed a house twice and put a successful offer on it within 5 days of it appearing on a market.
