Had to take a look at this one when I saw it was up for 140k when similar properties on the road have been on sale (and remain on sale) for around the 110 mark.
Bought in 2009 for 101k
Think this one's going to sit on the market for a while0 -
Twigs on the bidet! I don't even want to know why they're there in the toilet LOL.

Think they over did the internal refurbishment on this one. No point spending all that money when its still a small pebbledashed property in hucknall.
When you finally get to the external photos they are taken at an odd angle. A quick look on google maps shows its even uglier from the road with that massive bland concrete drive, and also shows its the ugliest house on that part of the street.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

You're certainly right about the blue! And look at the size of the bathroom
Looks like a lovely house from outside though.0 -

And ran out of money before they got to the bedrooms.......A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

I don't think it's terrible although black internal doors and black kitchen aren't really my thing. It's just totally out of keeping with the outside. Unless you find someone with the exact taste I don't see why anyone would buy it when they could buy an almost identical property for 100 grand and throw money at it to get it how they liked.
As a comparison this house is next door, went on sale a week later and is now sold subject to contract.
