(Not sure if it's what they call a catnick lintel... But there was an amusing moment when our builder thought I knew all about lintels when I had really asked my OH to feed the cat...)
Ah....thanks for that. I feel quite relieved!:o:snow_grin"Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow........":snow_grin0 -

Wowzers! That's really quite freaky!
I'm actually going to Houston in October for a singing competition, if it's still on the market I might pop in for a viewing!
The list of cultural highlights isn't overly long in Houston, pretty high on the list is a house made of beer cans... workman's holiday for an estate agent!"Does it spark joy?" - Marie Kondo

OMG - that one made me laugh in particular - the amount of washing they have lying around  (yes, we all do it, but not when we are expecting estate agents to take pics!) - maybe they work as launderettes and take some of their "work" home???!!!0 -

It was actually quite nice in the main areas, really relaxing - its on a farm with loads of fresh produce believe it or not, and it has its own Thai restaurant as well! It was an experience - I'd go back if they had another special offer but not at the current prices! They have another one in Beaconsfield that is a 5 star.......! (thats even weirder!!!!)0 -
The twigs are alive in that place!!
