I love this thread and keep meaning to post on it!
I wish I had kept some of the bizarre photos i've taken over the years of peoples houses.....you would not believe the way Sellers expect you to make a good job of photographing their houses when they can't even be bothered to tidy up!
The most bizarre photo I ever had to take (at the Vendors request) was the cellar of their beautifully renovated Victorian villa....complete with a fully equipped dungeon! :eek:My home is usually the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum where I can be found trying to (sometimes unsucessfully) prove that not all Estate Agents are crooks. With 20 years experience of Sales/Lettings and having bought and sold many of my own properties I've usually got something to say
