yikes, those bathrooms would make your head hurt if you spent more than a minute in them!!
Imagine if you had a hangover!!There is no shame in not knowing; the shame lies in not finding out.0 -

It's a sign of the silliness of our times that you are sniggering at two perfectly functional, if dated, kitchens and bathrooms. They were the height of fashion of their day, and they were well enough built to have lasted. Just think, as you install your fashionable new bathroom, how people will snigger at it in 20 years time - if it has not fallen to pieces before then.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Who in their right mind would pay £275k for this?!

End-terrace, next door to a burger shop. Mmmm, that'll smell lovely of an evening.
Love the fact it's being marketed for 3x the price it was bought for a year ago.0 -

That comment about the price increase is not really fair without mentioning that the property was completely derelict at the time of the auction. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

Also - Hackney is now the place to be (for some people), it IS all new (and looks quite nice inside).
However, I have to admit the specific location is pretty dire.0 -

What would you do? Brazen it out and keep walking? Die of shame? Cover as much of your modesty as you can with your hands and run?
