http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-32709328.htmlThe agent should have said "Barn FOR Conversion"!
You're right. But quite a few of the agents seem to do it. Thought it was a bargain initially, until I realised it is currently just a barnIt is a good idea to be alone in a garden at dawn or dark so that all its shy presences may haunt you and possess you in a reverie of suspended thought.

What's black and white and red all over??
That 'family room' is something else altogether!0 -
And I thought London was expensive
I wouldn't buy that flat...... they keep nicking the bicycle wheels when you leave it outside0 -
I'm surprised at you jumping to that conclustion, I've been around this forum for a couple of years, posting oddities and and when I find them too. How long was it ever going to be before one of us knew one of the properties. I'm not the vendor and I don't know the current vendor. You need to read my post more carefully, I said I had been in it a fair few times, I have never lived in it. I used to live round the corner 2 years ago before I moved to Berkshire.
I’ve posted something up the other week of an over-valued, higgledy-piggeldy house (here), and I’ve been in here several times. In fact, I live in the same road, in a house that’s bigger (that’s definite), better (probably my opinion) and not worth that (we paid £725k in 2007 for ours, currently worth about £600k, so that’s worth about £700k).
Just because we know a house and/or been inside a few times (the architect that did that house also had over £50k out of us for one of our recording studio sites, which is how I got to know the vendor), doesn’t mean that we are the vendor, or are advertising.

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-34129390.html?premiumA=true- Five bedrooms & Attic rooms
- Four reception rooms
- Kitchen/Breakfast Room overlooking gardens
- Grounds in excess of 1/2 acre
- Double garage, 3rd garage & outbuildings
- Jaguar Sports Car included
Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -
