for a place so expensive, you would expect the bath panel to be correctly fitted (pic 14). Where else have they taken shortcuts?

Who put the motorbike on the windowsill? It was the very tall estate agent of course! :D

I'd have to stop reading if I lived there because I don't think i'd manage to make it to the library. :o

And if I was in the bath i'd hope there was no one else in the room with me, as it wouldn't be a pretty sight.

I'm surprised at you jumping to that conclustion, I've been around this forum for a couple of years, posting oddities and and when I find them too. How long was it ever going to be before one of us knew one of the properties. I'm not the vendor and I don't know the current vendor. You need to read my post more carefully, I said I had been in it a fair few times, I have never lived in it. I used to live round the corner 2 years ago before I moved to Berkshire.

Looking at the floorplan, why is there a massive "void" looks big enough for another bedroom? Or am I missing something?
I'm never offended by debate & opinions. As a wise man called Voltaire once said, "I disagree with what you say, but will defend until death your right to say it."
Mortgage is my only debt - Original mortgage - January 2008 = £88,400, March 2014 = £47,000 Chipping away slowly! Now saving to move.
