I think it's the half wall between the bedroom and the living room that's won me over... it's certainly blurred the line (or wall) between studio flat and one bedroom flat! You were only killing time and it'll kill you right back0 -

I don't understand why they don't just move the wall out a bit to make it a proper 1 bed. Or is this open-plan trendy? They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -

I've only gone and fallen in love with this place, I'm sure in some parts of the UK you could buy a 20 bed house with swimming pool for same price!

Mind you with a price tag of £13,750,000 you shouldn't be shocked at anything.0 -

On the same road as my house (I live further up) and still hasn’t sold.
It’s the owners 3rd (or possibly 4th) house, and she’s only spent a few weeks there in the time she’s owned it.
It’s more/less exactly the same as mine (I prefer my decor, though), except the stupid little extension, that had the builders in for months and months whilst she had it done.
Edit: Ours is bigger than that (looking at the floorplan) and certainly worth no more than £600k (we paid £603k for it). Sooooo overpriced!
