That’s also very very VERY cheap for the area it’s in. I mean half price cheap, good investment!

Are you sure? RM shows some 2 beds available in the same price range within 1/2 mile. I should add that I don't know the area at all.

I don't know about 20 bed, but you wouldd get a decent 4 bed detached around here.
