This is one of the newer built ones on Kames Place. The ones built a couple of years before had a garage downstairs (where the living accommodation is in this one) and the living accommodation upstairs (where the bedroom is in this one). The only way to get a bedroom was to convert the garage, yet they were described as '1 bed houses'0 -
