No offence intended....:oAt a guess, the estate agent reckons that this is a no-hoper. This is on for £325k, and the last house to sell in the road was for £45,000 less, and I am going to bet that it was in better condition. One sold for £220k in 2009. Why should the EA pull out all the stops?
