Amazing! Are houses really that cheap in Scotland? Although I don't like the kitchen, looks more like a utility room, far too much space, needs a nice island or something.
12 bedrooms - so you'd add fire precautions and turn it into a B&B. There can't be much demand for that much space as a house, surely? No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

Alternatively for the same price at the opposite end of the country you can get a 3 bed house! http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-28472620.html?premiumA=true Make sure you don't forget what the back of the house looks like.
Or a 3 bed flat! http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/new-homes/property-28363702.html Do love how they have pictures of places that are not actually anywhere near where the flat will be built.
Or for a little bit extra you can lose another bedroom and get a 2 bed house http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-18576132.html.
It really is location, location, location isn't it .

Looking closely at this again, I'm sure we saw this house on the market back in 2007.......
Street view shows it was also for sale at the time (2008 - sold for £190,000 in 21/12/2009) and I don't see how the EA could possibly have omitted the usefulness of the property: not only being directly opposite the local pub but having the convenience of being able to step out of the front door onto the zebra crossing to get there without having to wait to cross the very busy A213. Or the fact that it is next to a takeaway, 2 doors down from the off licence, 1 more for the bookies... Perfect:rotfl:Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -
Lovely house and gardens (if adjacent cemetery doesn't put you off), but another attack of the dollies - pics 2,3 and 6.

A bit dated bit I love how light that house is.
I'd be more scared of the dollies than the idea of living next to a cemetery!0 -
