Am I looking at the wrong set of pics? it didn't seem that bad too me. It can't be easy photographing an empty house as there is often nothing much to show.

That's no excuse for:
1) Photos that don't show most of the room in them. Apparently that is a 'lounge diner' going the full length of the house but I can't see that from the one terrible photo!
2) 'Bathroom' photo only showing a close up of the sink, nothing else. Nothing in the description clarifies whether there is a bath or a shower either.
3) Only one (badly taken again) photo of bedroom 2, none of the two others
3) No photos of the garden whatsoever.
People looking for a house look at the photos first. A lot won't go any further than this if the pictures don't sell the house.
The lack of photos make me instantly wonder what's NOT being shown - Lack of outside space? Badly overlooked by next door / opposite? Woodchip wallpaper? Avocado bathroom suite?
As it's obviously empty and apparently has lots of space (according to the description) the EA should have done a better job IMO.
This house is also empty and in need of re-decoration, but at least I can get an idea of room size and layout from the pictures....

Leonard: How much you got?
Penny: Nothing!
Leonard: How can you walk around with no money?
Penny: I'm cute, I get by.0 -

At a guess, the estate agent reckons that this is a no-hoper. This is on for £325k, and the last house to sell in the road was for £45,000 less, and I am going to bet that it was in better condition. One sold for £220k in 2009. Why should the EA pull out all the stops? No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
