Thanks, but you shouldn't have bothered. No, really, you shouldn't have :rotfl:A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Hi all,
The house that I am going to make an offer on is:[http://www.robinson-jackson.com/property-details/3-bedroom-House-for-sale/Shawbrooke-Road-SE9/ELT110436]
What do you guys think for this? Anything I should look out for?
One of the limitations that I noticed was that if I were to try and extentthe house then it would be difficult.
Also I have never lived in a terraced house so what kind of problems arethere with terraced houses?
The rooms seem to be quite well sized, usually have 2 ok sized rooms and abox room, this one seems to be ok!
They currently have an offer of 215k, I am thinking about going justslightly higher, but I am not sure if the other person will put a higher price.
Thanks for having a look!

Hey - the link you posted seems to go to a general results page (rather than to a specific property). Also, and I haven't been around these forums for very long, it seems this thread is used for posting links to funny houses... you might have more luck getting advice if you start a new thread? You were only killing time and it'll kill you right back0 -

It reminds me of the Rhyd-y-Car Ironworkers' Houses at St Fagan's (ah open–air museum and heritage attraction, "travel through time as you see six homes, their contents and gardens change from 1805 to 1985")

Was also shocked at how modern and out of place the bathroom is!You were only killing time and it'll kill you right back0 -
This has to be one of the worst set of pictures I've seen..

Probably nothing wrong with the house but you're left wondering what the pictures are hiding.....
Expect to see the seller on here soon asking why their house isn't selling.....Penny: I'm a little low on cash.
Leonard: How much you got?
Penny: Nothing!
Leonard: How can you walk around with no money?
Penny: I'm cute, I get by.0
