Not sure if anyone watches this show, but this weeks episode features a 4 bed Edwardian terraced house with garden in "South West London", purchased for 525K in the last 12 months (at time of filming).
That price sounds low by a factor of 3 to me, and despite the house needing some work that's amazing value if it's truly in any part of what I'd consider "South West London".
Anyone have an idea where it was filmed?0 -
