Been on Rightmove since Feb 2018 at that price.
No takers or reduction in 2 years.
Prices have been declining in C. London since the Brexit vote. So, as a developer has at least a year's lead time, you can see why that would make them doubly cautious.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

I'd guess at one of the original doors & surround preserved from the bank that the house was converted from? Ornamental only, perhaps a narrow cupboard, as there appears to be no door on the other side of the wall in the hall. There's also a vault that has been converted to a wine store, not pictured but shown on the plan.0
