According to the details it's 'modern.' Most of us have things we never get around to improving during our period of ownership.

And spare a thought for these poor guys; all the time they had to spend, painting black blobs on the ceiling etc etc. It must've been a nightmare!

Actually...when I was a bright young thing...I'd have adored that. Someone out there will simply love it. :)

Is living this close to a major stadium a plus or a negative? https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-81822965.html

I'm a sports fan, but without having an actual view of the field and just getting the noise i'd probably hate it.

More homes on the doorstep of stadiums or built on former grounds like Highbury Square here: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/news/articles/dream-properties/the-homes-inside-next-door-and-above-football-stadiums/

Know a few people that live overlooking football grounds (League 1) and able to watch the match from their back bedroom window. :money:

I think living in the first property will be very noisy as unable to relax in the garden when a loud group plays there as well as football matches.

The whole house has a !!!!!! about it... The chains hanging from the ceiling ( pics 6 & 7). The cutting in of paint in most rooms - Bloody awful. and as for the kitchen

Bonus point for spotting the estate agent/photographer.
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.

    It's grim indeed
  • Instead of simply using a stand to rest the TV on the chest of drawers directly below, those chains seem to be hanging it mid air instead...........

It started out at £60k, but they gave up on that idea pretty quickly:

    07/08/2019 Price Changed: £45,000 £40,000
    31/07/2019 Price Changed: £50,000 £45,000
    25/07/2019 Price Changed: £55,000 £50,000
    17/07/2019 Price Changed: £60,000 £55,000
