Then you look at the map, & realise that it's the middle of nowhere. Not really Rotherham is it.

I'm not so sure it is that small.

Looks to be the same sort of size as ours and that comfortably fits a Mk1 Sierra, tool bench and spare fridge freezer with room to walk down one side of the car.

Not being in Rotherham sounds like a huge plus to me.


If you lived where I live, you'd probably revise your definition of ' the middle of nowhere.'

pic 1 - why doesn't the smaller window line up with the big one? It's not original.

pic 28 & 8 - sooo small
pic 7 - not even sliding doors, so good luck getting any furniture in the 'dining area'

To get to the living room - porch-hall-breakfast area-dining room-living room
