Some of them have 'integrated' & do a very nice job on property, some have them as a family plot/compound & make them unsellable in the future.0 -

Kerb appeal leaves much to be desired as well. That said, a new front door, and it doesn't look too bad.Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –
