I think the statement "well presented" is debatable generally but in particular in the appearance of something larger that the space allows attempting to park in car port!

Yes, it's quite common nowadays that councils saddled with maintaining areas of grass within estates, decide to sell them off.

In my nearby town, someone squeezed a bungalow onto one of them. It looks possible (though not necessarily desirable) to do something similar on those, so they will probably go for much more than the guide price.

As it's Bexhill, I'd imagine the locals will be having triple bypasses in order to survive the auction! :rotfl:

That's great, isn't it? It's actually quite a nice house, and that garden is absolutely fine for someone like me who can't hack gardening at all.

Nah, not until they've learned there are two words: 'formerly' and 'formally,' which have different meanings. That'll be around the time they finally grasp that 'sort-after' is meaningless in the context of describing a locality.
