There's a bath pictured, but I must be a bit thick today, because I can't see where it might be on the plan.
Edit: Allegedly, it's in Bed2.

As Elizabeth I succeeded to the throne in 1558, a house built in 1563 is not "pre Elizabethan"!

As the house looks to be from the "Arts and Crafts" period, a downstairs bathroom wouldn't be unusual.
