Fixtures and fittings wouldn't be my greatest concern. I looked at the location and instantly thought about the Environment Agency's warning last week.....

Trying to get my head round an outside door opening in to the (only) shower room. Handy if you come in covered in ...., but not for a shower first thing in the morning.

In all seriousness, I think the person living here must be a hoarder of some kind. Fearful of running out of things.... e.g. the multiple kitchen and loo rolls, bottles of what looks to be the same shampoo, etc

....or they're just saving money by buying in bulk from somewhere like Makro.
