The first and last are both down, but its now valued closer to the rest / market value? Maybe the developer needed cash flow?

looks like the was 65 Terraced houses on Peel Street knocked down in 1996, They were paid around 20k for them.

Did you miss the petrol station? The vent pipes 12ft away, lovely smell if you have a window open.

I think it may even be a wooden prefab! "Non Standard Construction"

F32 EPC, And the wall looks like its only 6inch thick.

It does look like its been a comfy and well loved home. However, asbestos roof? Busy caravan park and a petrol station next door - maybe the location isn't ideal...

Yes, totally agree with those downsides, but as you say, someone has indeed looked after it, so much more so, than the 'staged to sell. pictures, we often see.


And the location to escape to, as long as all the caravans are empty, is really quite an attraction.
