55? The door could do with a coat of varnish.
53, actually, but yes I thought it looked a bit of a state
It wasn't like that when we sold - in 1992, lol - but fully renovated. During the three short years we were there we did loads....rewired, gch (was storage heaters previously), replastered, redecorated inside and out, new bathroom and kitchen (the latter twice as I hated the first one)
It was a great house - one of only a handful in the road with three reception rooms and a cellar. It also had some fab original features including extremely ornately moulded plaster ceilings and two large slate fireplaces. I recall viewing one on the opposite side of the road that was artex central!!
We upsized to a four bed detached a little further south of the same area
The couple we sold to - first day on the market - were naval. It was their first owned home, but guess they might have since let it out, hence it looking rather run down?Mortgage-free for fourteen years!
Over £40,000 mis-sold PPI reclaimed0 -

Possibly an inter war bungalow or "chalet bungalow" but now extended with (for me) a far from ideal layout. Garden is strange!!If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -

Could just a stuffed toy.
Real cats generally prefer to sit in the middle of the step thereby increasing the likelihood of their humans tripping over them0
