    "Recently refurbished"

    "meticulously modernised"

    :rotfl:

Nice for doing sliding on the shiny, shiny floor. If that's meticulous I am the Queen of Romania.
I was jumping to conclusions and one of them jumped back

Looking again, the stairwell office seems to be called the dining room on the floor plan!

The price isn't far off for the area, my daughter's buying a 3 bed detached for £240k which is a bargain.

You don't need it but it actually sells for me.

I'm sure those spending over 1/2 million will appreciate the thought behind the choice of a Wickes flat pack kitchen and a bathroom of similar quality.

At least they didn't hold back when it came to the Ronseal. ;)

To be fair, they have meticulously keep some original features such as the fireplace and the strip lighting.

It's hard to see why this house isn't selling (other than the price, and the small bedrooms)... until you check the street view! The estate agents have been a bit naughty.

It will backfire on them, whoever did the Photoshop job.

People hate deception, not for it being underhand, but mainly because it assumes they're fools.

My daughter was looking in the area, and went to have a look before deciding not to view. She heard it first. I agree, better to be honest. And lower the price!

That is one serious photoshop job. It's not like theres a chance of people not seeing it when they arrive for a viewing!

‘Honest, they’ll never notice and by the time they do, they’ll love the house so much that they won’t care’, said the EA.
