And only 10 pictures. I've never viewed a house that had fewer pictures than rooms, I'm always sure there's something terribly wrong with everything they didn't show.
Some EAs/photographers are like that though. When we sold a previous house in Wiltshire during 2014, our EA (Symonds & Sampson) employed a photographer that wouldn't take more than eight photos. We had thirteen rooms plus a third of an acre garden yet he insisted on only taking the standard eight. Iirc we had one of the front elevation, one garden shot and six of our thirteen rooms. He took none of our three bathrooms
We'd done a full restoration of the Georgian house and (imho, of course
) every room was picture-worthy. We actually complained to our EA - not sure why we'd not done due diligence on this when deciding who to use, tbh - and they agreed we could submit some we'd taken ourselves..... Mortgage-free for fourteen years!

Awww! Very cute kittie
Actually, that's something else the photographer we had was insistent on - no cats in our marketing pics. Back then we had a sweet and very handsome Persian cat of fourteen who was sleeping on our warm hot tub the day our photos were taken and the photographer made us move him as he thought it would deter non cat lovers from viewing the property Mortgage-free for fourteen years!
