Trying to figure that out - brain not had sufficient coffee to wake it up for the day yet...

Did get the floor area though - that house is noticeably smaller than the size of my 2 bedroom house!! Not very big then...hence those stairs I can't figure out....

In all seriousness, I used to rent in this block of flats and would LOVE to buy this place and do it up. But am still scrabbling around trying to get my deposit. Waa!
