The lack of care in EA photographs never ceases to amaze me.

I stone cold guarantee you that within a mile or two of that house, there's a youngster selling a manky fifteen-year-old hatchback for £500 who has put more care into the pictures than the EA who is selling a house for the thick end of half a million pounds.

With me, it might last longer than the laminate floor and cheap fire surround in the living room. I'd probably have to get rid of the Moben kitchen quickly too, 'cos we had that one in 1987.:(

It's only about 2 years since I ripped one out having hated it every day since we bought this house in 2006. It even had those little balustrades on the shelves.

Ah, the one in my previous post! I think the main issue with that is it's an 'upside down' house with bedroom on ground and reception on 1st floor and they always take ages to sell.

Trouble is, many of those old kitchens were quite well-made. The 1988 units we took out of our place here have excellent solid oak doors and it makes first class furnishing for my workshop. It'll see me out anyway!

We've used the kitchen units from our old kitchen for my craft room. Hubby painted them in pinks and blues and they look fab.
