You could make this into 'something', but why is it so expensive, as it is still close to Yarmouth.
sold prices in the locality, are also high, so there must be another something I'm missing.

Needs a lot of work - kitchen is really dim and dismal and gruesome. And carpet in the bathroom!!! :embarasse(how I wish there was a "puke" smilie!)

The garage has been converted to a bedroom, the front entrance porch into a cloakroom, kitchen into a dining room and new kitchen added. But both the cloakroom and bathroom are now accessed directly from the lounge. Not ideal!
The photos look as if EA has strapped a camera on to the back of a dachshund! If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
Some amateur Photoshop work on the grass in picture number 7:

Yukky Warning!!
You may feel sick, after filling your tummy with all of the 'staged' eating areas, photographed...and then when reading the first few lines of the agents descriptive details.
Also the amount of £££ to spend on the place to get rid of the well maintained but dated interior, may also leave a sour taste.
Nice playhouse though.

Decor all very tasteful and neutral until you get to pic 12.

With me, it might last longer than the laminate floor and cheap fire surround in the living room. I'd probably have to get rid of the Moben kitchen quickly too, 'cos we had that one in 1987.:(0 -

Some of the pictures seem a bit random... Why the Church? And why the quay? From map the thing looks a bit further away from the quay?
Anyway, with rising sea levels and more frequent extreme weather happenings, I really wouldn't want to take on renovating a wreck that's both expensive and low lying. Even if I had the money. :rotfl:0 -
Especially pricey when your next link offers a 5 bed detached for just 25% more. Is the first one in a better area?
I'll admit, our first flat here was also really a 1 bed + box, but at least it was possible to extend that box into a nice, but not necessary, bit of hallway, which we did and then could sell it as a two double flat (just about!)0 -

What a terrible place to put the cooker.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
Can't see the 5 bed detached - must be a different area as a 5 bed detached around here would be £1m+!

My mistake it was terraced:
