I've just spotted the issue on the floorplan. The door is in a wee alcove, so they've used the width measurement from there, even though most of the room is way narrower.
Still wondering how you can get a "standard 4ft 6in double bed and wardrobe" in there :huh:Please put out food and water for the birds and hedgehogs0 -

It may be a stable arrangement, but the 'horse house' is only available 'for licence,' which seems to be a pretentious way of saying it's just rented.0 -

My parent's old house I grew up in was built in the late 60s and I have vague memories as a young child of them having a kitchen that looked a lot like that one. I'd guess from the architecture this house was built in the early 70s so definitely possible this style of kitchen was still available new at that time.0 -

DCFC79 Yes. The price is about right but I wouldn't live there. Don't like the area. This part of West Midlands is one of the cheapest.
I did wider search today and that one came up and I found the pics a bit odd.0
