I have quite a few notes on this one...
Picture 5: Is that fireplace just suspended by the flue?
Picture 6: The kids play area is great for when they're young, but surely you'd want to rip that out after a few years. Seems like such a waste really.
Picture 11: One of my house peeves... Stairs that go directly into a bedroom.
Picture 13: I think the tiling choices ruin this en suite completely.
Picture 16: Wait... are those the same stairs into the master bedroom with no door at the bottom either? No private time for Mommy or Daddy in that house.
Picture 23: Why? Why would anyone do that to their bathroom?
Picture 29: Does it come with the jet ski?
Yes picture 6 why a permanent playroom, I can understood when they are young but as you say as they grow older its pointless. IF it isn't permanent then I can see the logic.
Picture 11, can be odd for those in the main bedroom so would annoy me.
Picture 13, the tiles are ok, wouldn't be my choice though.
Picture 23 I completely agree, its too much in your face and would put me off.
The walls at odd angles, I wonder if they kept the walls and did a refurbishment on it. Whats wrong with walls being at 90 degrees.0 -

Good god is that a house from an alternative universe, not seen them wall cabinets for a while.
The choice of wallpaper in the 4 bedrooms is much to be desired, its just terrible especially photos 4 & 10, not a fan of wallpaper myself I prefer paint.
Not a fan of the toilet separate from the bathroom.0 -

I think the soft play area can be removed.0 -

I think you could make it look amazing! Very shallow sideboards though and not very practical. When I was in Australia 10 years ago loads of kitchens had that size format.
Doesn't the interior predate the exterior? Might they have build the house around it?!0 -

I cant imagine the beam in the kitchen was there when it was first built. Looks out of place for the area the house is in.0 -
Much as I love the kitchen, I don't think It's really designed for cooking.0

I think most folk would manage. Plenty of chopping space on the counter opposite the cooker.
They definitely could have done it in a way to make the process a bit more efficient, though. Very much pre-kitchen triangle.
I know this isn't what you're saying, but as a tangent, I have noticed that some people think that if you like cooking, you need loads of counter space, but you don't really. You only need loads of counter space if you're a messy/inefficient cook.
I saw somebody on another thread mention they had 14 meters of kitchen worktop. I wondered why on earth you'd want that.Make £2025 in 2025
