Strange back-to-front dolls house in odd location high on a hill with mystery access. Could it be down the narrow footpath that continues from the street it's listed as being on? Surely not?
I do like the inside, the garden and the view - apart from the badly-laid fake grass and that bizarre torn wallpapered boxy thing in 'Bedroom' 3, which just seems to have been forgotten.
Whilst central Norwich isn't cheap, £250K does seem a bit of an ambitious price for a tiny house with tricky access.

....aaand it sold almost immediately! I remain baffled as to how anyone can even access this house, never mind removals, parking, etc etc. The new owner must have a thing about large expanses of fake grass.:eek:

OMG! That was the Leamington Spa library I used to go to when I was a student at Warwick. It is a nice development but that the library's no longer there. Looks like there's now a smaller one nearby.

And I thought the harvest gold on our fence when we bought last year was bad. It was our first garden priority to eliminate, and took 3 coats to cover with a more sensible colour (dark oak if anyone wonders), but it was so worth the effort.

I like that corner kitchen bench and table ,might look into that for my new house instead of a standard dining table and chairs :T

I agree, barn conversions always have that bland, desolate feel to me - not a fan of them at all.
