"What would be the best use of our conservatory".......

Or that could be re-phrased as to "What is a part of the country where they are trying to cram too many people in regardless?"
Garden room set up as a non-existent 4th bedroom I'll be blowed...0 -

Pic 12 - all those cushions on the bed. Seen this a lot. Why??? Surely they just end up chucked on the floor when you get in the bed. Baffles me.0 -
Yes, exactly that. You put the cushions on the floor, throw an old duvet over them and sleep there, which saves you needing to make the bed so wonderfully every morning in advance of viewings. Cant work out if I like this property or not! On one hand I love it, on the other hand, it seems like a lot of money for a property with a poor layout and not a huge amount of space! It's messing with my brain a little bit!0 -
The cushions on the bed are giving color and texture, coziness. And are designer tip to draw the eye into the bed. It was trendy few years ago so don't think there is a designer involved.
The trends at the moment is bedrooms that look like hotel rooms and spa looking bathrooms.
I don't like this property because is some strange mix of stiles.0 -
Indeed! You've touched on one of my big annoyances!
When properties are listed as "4 bedrooms and 1/2 reception rooms"....NO! It's either 3 bedrooms, and 2 reception rooms or 4 bedrooms and 1 reception room..... More often than not it's realistically the former, but don't try and tell us there is 1 more room than there actually is!!
Rant over!
Personally - I see it as pointless exercise anyway - based on those numbers.
A 3 bedroom house is big enough for a family - parents in one bedroom, first child in one bedroom, any second child in one bedroom. Bingo = enough bedrooms then.
Some point to it if it's a 2 bedroom house one is trying to make out to be a 3 bedroom one (as not enough room for a 2nd child) - but I still disagree with it.0 -
Yeah, I know it's Leamington, but it still seems very dear.
The layout is atrocious. And did they really need three bathrooms in a 2/3 bed house?
I just noticed someone won an award for the conversion. Ugh.
I think i've concluded that if you're a wealthy single person, or even a couple without children, it would be a nice property to live in, because you could make better use of the other bedrooms (particularly bedroom 3) but if you're a family or have any plans to start a family then it's a dreadful property.0 -
