Indeed! You've touched on one of my big annoyances!
When properties are listed as "4 bedrooms and 1/2 reception rooms"....NO! It's either 3 bedrooms, and 2 reception rooms or 4 bedrooms and 1 reception room..... More often than not it's realistically the former, but don't try and tell us there is 1 more room than there actually is!! :mad:
