That sort of thing works to an extent when it's Villeroy and Boch, but not when it's Taylor Wimpey and bodge!:rotfl:0 -

There is no chain so I assume it may be a probate sale which makes me feel a bit mean but it's quite a spectacle. Check it out.0 -
Art gallery or kitchen?Gosh, are they selling those second-hand already?
The way they've decorated just emphasises the pokiness of the place.
There's much better on offer in Deb'n for around the £200k mark.
From the comment on the listing "Attention investment buyers-approximate yield of 4.77%" looks like it has tenants. They might not care if it's sold or not
Please put out food and water for the birds and hedgehogs

Not sure about the main bedroom, or bathroom, but generally a nice house, spoiled by the mess the neighbors have made to theirs, spoiling a row of Victorian terraces.

First thought "What's that building to the right?". Further thoughts "That building to the right has concrete block walls:(", "The roof is overhanging into our garden", "Hang on a little minute - I think its wall has even been built a bit into our garden".
I can't view street view on my tablet, but seeing that Kenilworth Road is the home to Luton Town Football Club, an overhanging roof is the least of your issues when considering buying that one.Make £2025 in 2025

We had the same in our road of 30s semis, which were somewhat over-windowed to start with. About half the owners converted to picture-style, which not only looked like shop windows, but made one feel like a fish in a bowl indoors.
May as well have hung signs on their gates: "Persons with no appreciation of art & design live here."0 -

How do you pick the worst room when they've all got their own charm...
... and did they really wallpaper the bath?0
