Okay, not to everyones taste but that is a lot of house for 380k!!Slightly bitter0 -
Scary though it is, that place is on a different, much more stable type of rock, so it should be fine for a good few hundred years yet. The price seems right, probably because of the properties down the road being totally unsellable.
The situation wouldn't put me off, but I'm afraid the house would! :undecided

I suppose it's mainly the flat roof. Inside isn't awful, but there are signs of corner-cutting and I hate ripping-out perfectly good materials. I'd like the amount of light and the balconies.
I live in a property not far removed in time from that one, but if I had £650k there are houses I'd rather have from an earlier era. In other words, I bought middle C20th 'cos it was cheap!0 -
