Hmm, that's a 90s kitchen if ever I saw one. The interior condition's actually reasonable IMO but the EA BS is over the top.
I'm trying to figure out what the structure in picture 20 could be, never seen anything like it.0 -

Errrrm....errrrm....errrrm.....
I can see a "rip everything out" house - but no sign of a house even done to "high" standard, never mind "very high" standard.
To use that phrase about that house counts not just as normal EA talking up a house - but as downright "Don't insult my intelligence" level of EA talk.0 -
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
That can't be money's place; the front garden isn't full of organic vegatables.
:rotfl:and, despite the new kitchen (complete with quartz worktops), new bathroom, new sitting room fire/fireplace, replastered throughout, new floor coverings throughout, etc, etc, etc - I would just describe the house as "modernised" if I were to get that lottery win we all hope for and put it up for sale:).
Because, to me, all that work I've done/money I've spent has just made it "normal standard" imo.:). As in "Why would I bother to say anything particularly about it? That's how houses are 'supposed' to be arent they?" Hmmm....I could say "ready to move into" because it is now finally....0 -

A bit harsh, for a 120k 3 bed semi the interior's fine.0
