Something odd with the price as well, sold for £176k Sep 2006? But I am not familiar with the area

It's really the tradesperson's entrance though, as the (ex-LA) house has a huge south-facing rear garden with garaging.

Anyway it looks as if Mr Grumpy, the former neighbour, visible in Street View, has moved to higher things than an old person's bungalow. The agent's photo shows an entirely different style of garden....not at all to my taste, but could be much worse!
