A shed in Wimbledon will probably set you back 750k. Dunno why, we rented there for a year and it really wasn't that nice.
For 1.3 million I could buy about 20 2- and 3-bed flats round here. Crime rate's probably lower and schools are better too. Admittedly the late-night chippy closes at 11pm though.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

I appreciate the humour-but perhaps not appropriate in the light of recent awful earthquake in Mexico?0 -
I thought the same, but then remembered comments made by John Cleese and others that if we stop making jokes because it might offend someone, or be inappropriate at some time, then humour itself will die.I appreciate the humour-but perhaps not appropriate in the light of recent awful earthquake in Mexico?
It was only when my dear old Mum died that I noticed how often comedians referred to death. Despite death jokes upsetting me, on reflection, I felt that it was better I was upset than the world be denied the joys of laughter and silliness.0 -
Quite cleverly extended, from what appears to have been a 2 up 2 down originally.
Also a decent sized garden.

There are a number of pairs of semis in The Gardens in Pirbright with the exact same layout, plus or minus a couple of interior walls, they were never 2 up/2 downs.Quite cleverly extended, from what appears to have been a 2 up 2 down originally.
Also a decent sized garden.

SPCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -

The worst EPC rating I've seen so far. Realistically, how much more a month would this cost a tenant?0 -
That depends on how much heat the restaurants underneath are kicking out
