Such a shame having to tear out such a modern bathroom and kitchen - but..yep...I'd tear it out too.
Why oh why does anyone ever use black as a colour in a starter house? I could understand it in a Forever Home house - if that's your taste. But - in a starter house (ie you'll probably be selling it on at some point fairly soon - hopefully) then why do a colour most people will dislike?
I'll admit I would be particularly curious as to why the vendor was selling - having done it such a "Keep it themselves" type style.0 -

I used to live in Tokyo and not surprisingly there was lots of clever space saving ideas to be seen there.. My brother in law is a property developer and when he came to visit he was amazed at the clever use of space and implemented quite a few ideas back in his developments. Some student housing he built for example has the sink/toilets like this

I have exactly that loo/sink combo in my outside loo.“And all shall be well. And all shall be well. And all manner of things shall be exceeding well.”

That's a coincidence Dave, I was looking at that one last night.......never crossed my mind to post it hereActually, it's the second house that's been considered for my short list that's also popped up here over recent weeks. Guess that must say something about me/the type of property I'm looking for, lol :rotfl:
