Round by us they always seem to count every room other than the kitchen and bathroom as a 'bedroom'

On rightmove recently loads of '4 bed' that are two bed but the living and dining room are counted as bedrooms and therefore at they are '4 bed' they have bumped the price up into the '4 bed' range.

10 photos and they don't show the kitchen, would that be that its a hall way from the front to the rest of the house and so small the wash machine is in the downstairs loo?

Not sure if I need new glasses or something is wrong with the floor plan. Also can't work out if picture 2 or 3 is the spacious reception or the Open plan living room.
