The style of it just has to be either Brighton or Totnes. No Buddhist prayer flags = Brighton then.

Oh I love it, would quite happily live there more or less as-is!
The point of the photo at the end is to show that it has a 'sea view'. Technically, I have one of those too, it's that blue triangle between the rooftops which is slightly darker than the sky...0 -
